Real Food Challenge

Let’s get real and cut the fluff.. speaking of fluff no marshmallows, cotton candy or fluffy fillers and garbage turning our food into the nutritional equivalency of the green sludge off of Nickelodeon. We are getting back to the basics, back to the real food that so easily tempted our father Adam or was that just the fact a pretty girl was presenting it to him? Either way it’s real, it’s really good for us and it really works in restoring our health. M’lis is doing a real food challenge. It’s fun, it’s social, it’s good for you and it’s free. You download a snazzy guide that takes you by your little mit and guides you through the chaos of American Food and shows you what real food is and how to spot it! I’ll be posting some fine real food fare here. For starters this breakfast bread. No eyes hath seen nor ears heard of something as spectacular as this. If it helps imagining a sexy lady or sultry man holding it out to you then so be it but either way you have to try this!

I’m pumped to have you join me!
