The Goods You Need
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Banana
- 1 or 2 scoops of Chia Seeds
- Blend all the above ingredients together.
- Warm a non stick pan to medium heat and add a little coconut oil to pan
- Cook silver dollar size pancakes about 30 seconds on each side.
- Dress em up with berries, cinnamon, cashew butter or 100% pure as the day is long Maple Syrup
