Let the party begin. M’lisa, author of the Be Well Guide and Laura my own personal holistic chef and recipe guru for Real Easy Meals, well not exactly my personal chef but I’d like her to be and I’m sure you will too after you see the menu for this Be Well retreat. Just upon glancing at the menu you’ll start to salivate over chocolate mousse tart and beef barbacoa but lets wipe up our drool because this isn’t just about food.
We’ll have guided morning hikes through the majestic Utah mountain landscapes, emotional wellness classes and a lifestyle change workbook. We’re doing yoga, meditation classes, facials, body wraps and massages to renew and relax the mind, body and spirit.
I’ve volunteered for the dutiful and labor intensive job of taste testing the food. I know, I know it’s vigorous work but someone has to do it.
I’ll keep you posted on the shopping, prepping, cooking and my personal favorite part the devouring.
