My sassy new insta turned real friend, Whitney invited me to a cooking class hosted by Jory from Discover Scratch
Let me first tell you the tale of my friend Whitney that was first put on my Instagram which I’d love to have you follow along with.
“The power of “The” Instagrams. I was once #instastalked which led into quick witted and loose banter on our feeds, striking whilst the iron was hot we became FB friends only to continue high shelf dialogues and harassment on the intrawebs. Last night was our “blind date” (she paid… I forgot my wallet) She told stories of making vanilla in vodka and being a skilled butcher (this is where I looked at her hawtness and 5’2ish frame and judged her) Then her love of serial killers was announced and it all made sense. Flashes of her telling me I’m “too fit” feeding me with lies and fattening me up with the best grass fed beef heretofore eaten. It hit me.. She’s probably a cannibal!”
With that being said the second best thing was the food. My words can’t do the justice this meal vastly deserves. He hit on how important it is to get grass fed beef because the flavor is richer and tastier. I’m sitting there being all “grass fed beef produces CLA an anti-carcinogenic and natural fat burner” which makes me excited but that excitement was surpassed when I tasted this slice of tender juiciness! Coupled with smash potatoes, yes smashing baby! I guess it is different than mashed. This can’t be confirmed or denied by google.
