The Goods You Need
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 or 2 scoops of Chia Seeds
  1. Blend all the above ingredients together.
  2. Warm a non stick pan to medium heat and add a little coconut oil to pan
  3. Cook silver dollar size pancakes about 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Dress em up with berries, cinnamon, cashew butter or 100% pure as the day is long Maple Syrup
