Trader Joe’s Super Green Drink Powder: 1 Scoop

ON BCAA’s Unflavored: 1 tsp

Barlean’s Omega Swirl in Lemon Zest: Squeeze it for 2 slow seconds

Organic Pineapple Chunks Frozen (Costco): 2 Cups

Protein: 1. Plant Based 2. Natural & Delicious or 3. Grass Fed Whey : Add 2 scoops (Either Vanilla or Chocolate work fine!)

KOH Coconut Water (Costco): I add 8-10 ounces

Blend until smooth and thick!

I seriously make this every morning after the gym. I sip on it for a couple of hours so it really becomes my breakfast and snack. The reason I added three different proteins is everyone uses something different. There is a vegan option, an option that is all natural and tastes amazing on its own plus at a great price or a grass fed whey that isn’t necessarily the tastiest on its own but can be a great option for those who can’t have dairy plus this smoothie masks the taste of any protein I’ve used!

Also I use insulated tumblers! I love these things. A few of my favorite are from Starbucks and Contigo! I got my Contigo in a 3 pack at Costco for cheap. Once you take out the straw the thing is completely spill proof so I can blend up my smoothie and throw it in my purse without having to worry about it getting everything. Sip on my friends and have a fabulous weekend!
